Open Arms has also volunteered to participate in a state regulated program titled Keystone Stars. This is a program that enhances the facility through grants and ongoing education. Keystone stars is based on a star rating system, with 4 stars being excellent. This is patterned after a four star restaurant for example. Classes offered from CPR to Special Needs and everything a child needs in between. I have also recieved a scholarship to further my education to receive a degree in Early Childhood Education. My personal goal is to go on and become a child psychologist.
